Appointments Every thing starts with an NFPA 211 Level 1 inspection (see”Your inspection” , on this web page), we set up an Inspection appointment, come out and take a look, we check all the fireplace flue’s, heating flue, we’ll even check the dryer vent, that’s all part of our $75 inspection fee plus tax, that we waive or credit back to you if you book work with us with in 2 weeks, all basic sweeps start at $225.00 plus tax per fireplace, heating flue, dryer vent and so on and most times we can do a simple cleaning right then and there depending on days schedule, the length of the inspection…etc, any thing more than that and we get you pricing and reschedule.   You’re going to get an Email, please read all of it before confirming Any Appointment

Missed Appointments Any missed appointment is a $75.00 plus tax serve call, and must be paid before a 2nd appointment is made as we had set aside time that we could have been servicing someone that would keep their appointment

Real estate Inspections For a home sale or purchase NFPA 211 Level 1, are $400.00 plus tax ,not credited back.

Senior discount of 5% off any cleaning or service over $200.00 must mention this at time of service, not  combined with any other offer

All basic cleanings Dryer vents, Fireplaces, wood stoves, heating flues, start $225.00 plus tax and can go up from there depending on what we find and/or recommend
